1- understanding of corrosion mechanisms and microbial corrosion of low-allied materials in natural seawater
CORRODYS has an instrumented titanium circuit to make trials at a scale 1 : possibility of work at high temperature, controlled oxygen, open or closed circuit.

2- characterization and identification of pathogenic microorganisms for materials according to 2 methods : use of IRTF and molecular biology, comparison of the 2 techniques.
